Jitu Virwani

Chairman and Managing Director

Jitu is the visionary behind the Embassy Group. He began his journey in the property development business in 1985, when he was just 19 years old. Over the last three decades, Embassy together with its promoters has developed over 35 million sq. ft. of commercial, residential, retail and hospitality space in India and overseas  under his leadership.

Having seen this sector grow from its nascent stages to the booming, competitive industry it is today, Jitu’s experience brings with it a thorough understanding of the process of scalability. He has managed the company through the most challenging and exciting periods in the history of real estate, and has built and transformed his vision for a world class property development organisation, both in terms of size and excellence, into a reality.

Understanding the importance of a strong base, Jitu is is also a dedicated equestrian, deeply involved in improving the standards of education in the country. Through his work, and along with several contributions to social causes, Jitu has made a difference in the lives of many.

Pradeep Lala

Chief Executive Officer

Pradeep is the driving force behind all operations at Embassy Services. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, he began his career at Ingersoll Rand, where he worked for 14 years.

Post this, he founded the Horizon Group in 2000, and worked tirelessly to establish a strong leadership for the company, so that it could run independently.

In 2013, Pradeep was appointed as the CEO of Embassy Services. Coming in at a time when the company was poised for the next stage of growth, his approach has helped us establish strong and lasting relationships with clients.

Understanding the importance of good internal communication, he has focused on people development within the organisation, reinforcing the idea of ‘service’ in the company.

Along this journey of reinvention, Pradeep has continued to ensure the focus on delivering the highest standard of services never wavers.
