The general FM practice of recording technical data is through manual entries in paper logbooks. This data then needs to be converted to Excel format for reporting and analysis.
Embassy Services has taken the initiative of digitizing the process. The data is now logged by our Technical Team using a phone based App. The App also generates timely alerts to ensure that important readings are taken within pre-specified intervals.The App gets activated on approaching the equipment with the relevant logbook opening up for entry of data. The tool is designed to avoid errors in data recording.
