Uday Menon is the Head – Residential Operations, at ESPL. An accomplished operations’ professional with over 24 years of experience, Uday is responsible for developing and delivering new benchmarks across luxury residential operations and services. He formulates pioneering guest engagement methodologies aimed at establishing and fostering an emotional connection between customers and the brand.
Having served well-known global hospitality chains, including Jumeriah Group, Taj Group, Barbeque Nation and Compass Group, he has hands-on experience in operations management, project management and brand strategy and expansion. With a focus on leading talented teams to deliver unparalleled customer experience, Uday improves the efficiencies of internal processes and develops a sustainable culture of excellence.
Prior to his current role, Uday worked for Compass Group, as the Chief Operating Officer.
Uday holds a Diploma in Hotel Management and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola University.
